- Lead and manage a team of IT engineers to achieve project goals, objectives, and
timelines.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize team tasks and projects to ensure timely and quality
completion.

solutions are aligned with the enterprise architecture vision and meet with technical
standards

schedule resource plans for implementation projects
- Supervision & Mentoring. Manage vendor development resources as necessary
Ensure business continuity with full responsibility for 100% uptime, full data Backup, and
recovery and system redundancy.
- Managed full documentation of the existing IT systems, performed a root cause
analysis of network & system reliability issues
- Facilitated server builds and network configurations, including migration.
- Applying all IT policies, procedures and standards base on IOM international standards
- Administration and support of all infrastructure including Windows Server 2008R2, -
Server 2012R2, file/print servers, Microsoft Exchange 2010, Active Directory and DNS
services, SQL, IIS, firewalls and VPN.

- Manage leadership in the establishment of project scope, technical strategy, cost, budget
and staff support requirements with new IT initiatives.
