Handling SEC projects (Saudi Electricity Company) in Western region and NEOM.
Verify each submittal to ensure the contractor is complying with SEC standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review the following mechanical equipment and comment on each deviation to comply with the standards and specifications:
HVAC package, split, chillers units and ducts
HVAC base and detail design
Exhaust fan, smoke purging fan
Cable tray layout
Cranes (overhead crane, Jib crane) Plumping system
•Understand the standards of all the above equipment and review the deviation in each submittal. • Arrange the work based on the criticality of each submittal.
Worked in procurement department, as its one of the main departments in oil & gas sector. As a procurement department in expediting section, our job was to follow up with vendors to ensure the work flow of the project will not be delayed from the CDD (contractual delivery date).
Key Responsibilities:
• Project management as communicating with vendors to set a production plan for the whole project. • Conduct KOM (Kick off meeting) with vendor and be the focal point of contact between vendor and all other departments (Engineering, PMT, offshore...).
• Ensure all documents to be submitted on time and expedite the overdue documents.
• Verify sub order plan and compare it with manufacture schedule and delivery date.
• Arrange for receiving inspection, NOI (Notification of Inspection), IRN (Inspection Release Note). • Verify manufacture schedule with the actual status on site.
Key achievement/Projects:
• Deliver three mega platforms with all its equipment.
•Deliver the PO's on or before the CDD (Contractual delivery date).
Worked in utility department as a refrigeration/HVAC supervisor, as utility department contains of five main sections: Refrigeration/HVAC, low current, high current, plumping, and civil. Our goal is to perform maintenance to all machines and plan for all the resources related to each section.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deputy of utilities department head. •HVAC & Refrigeration supervisor.
• Operating and monitoring mechanical equipment. • Spare parts, manpower & tools planning. • Preventive maintenance planning and performing for mechanical equipment.
• Create PSD for all problems. (Reduce Probability, Reduce Severity, Increase detection)

• Food safety management for manufacturing level 4. • Startup new factory.
