- Develop and run the performance management process for GACA
- Define and update key performance indicators (KPIs) in accordance with strategic priorities in the strategic plan
- Plan the timely extraction and collection of data for the KPI
- Define reporting requirements of the President including type, content and frequency of reports
- Coordinate and support the different sectors to (1) implement and manage a performance management system (2) develop and align the interpretation for KPIs deviation
- Provide relevant information for an effective decision making process
- Review and update the performance management process in line with the annual airport plan
- Develop and manage the strategic and business planning process on a corporate level.
Provide input to strategic planning decisions and address ad hoc requests by BOD
- Develop and propose ongoing improvements to the auditing policies, procedures and processes that promote high standards of control and protection against risks. Ensure the implementation of all the board-approved audit directives and policies and procedures
- Provide recommendations to President and Board to Directors on the financial and operational/IT risks of Harringtion Court and work with senior management to create cost effective controls for proper protection against risks
