Maen Nassar

Since July 2012, Maen has filled several roles between projects and Procurement Mechanical engineer with contractors within building construction. Starting from March 2019 Maen held mechanical estimation& Procurement mechanical engineer in Al Daleel Electromechanical Establishment. In May 2017 Maen held mechanical site engineer in Al Daleel Electromechanical Establishment for Oncology Center Project responsible for checking designs and ensure that they are comply with international & local codes, prepare shop drawings for all mechanical systems, responsible for implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved shop drawings and methods and safety rules. In February 2015, Maen was Procurement mechanical engineer in G.P.Zachariades for New Oncology Center and Jidda car parking in Bahrain. In July 2012, Maen Joined Al Daleel Electromechanical Establishment, Maen Was a site engineer responsible to prepare shop drawings, invoices, and to manage execute infrastructure works for Water supply, Firefighting, irrigation, Rain water, Wastage water networks and HVAC, plumbing and FF systems for sport facility buildings in King Abdullah II park project, Maen Was responsible to prepare shop drawings for HVAC system, review MCC panels design in Salt hospital.

● Design review for plumbing, HVAC and Firefighting systems and produce shop drawings accordingly.
● Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
● lead site personnel to execute and completion of job on time at site.
● Submit site daily reports & inspection requests.
● Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved mechanical shop drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
● Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
● Review material submittals and compliance sheets provided by manufacturers and suppliers before submitting it to the consultant for approvals.

● Preparing mechanical invoices.

Responsibilities
•Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality.
• Develop purchasing or sourcing strategies based on portfolio analyses and supplier referencing study.
• Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
• Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on-time deliveries of final product.
•Develop, implement and drive the procurement strategies in order to meet cost savings targets.
•Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy.
•Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
•Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
•Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
•Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality improvement.
