2-Within these years from 1980/81 till 1989/90 assistant principal at Makassed Teacher Training Centre and Teacher.
Subjects taught: Statistics and Evaluation, Guidance and Counseling.
In addition to required courses I submitted a thesis. My M.A. thesis Topic was ‘Retesting Fiedler’s Contingency Theory in Islamic Schools’, especially in Makassed. By George C.
