 Implementation of total hospital quality management systems.
 Plan, conduct & follow-up internal quality audit in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 17025
 Manage and supervise maintenance of documents of all policies, procedures and work instructions.
 Supervise implementing the NABH standards in the unit.
 Supervise data collection, support data collection within department.
 Adhere the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.

 Keep a record of non-functional equipments and time line for its repair along with AMC for all equipments.
 Planning and work-out modalities towards upliftment, preventive maintenance of equipments and vehicles and modernisation of hospital.
 Strengthen of District Hospital MIS, KPI and report actions taken.

 Responsible for issue, review, manage contracts between Apollo and its clients.
 Managing the Offices of Middle East from Bangalore, India.
 Managing Patients Visa Extraction with Embassies and counsels of Middle East countries.
 Responsible for manage all logistics and communication related to clients from and to Middle East.
 Communicate the medical reports of the patient with the medical party.
 Ensure that appointment scheduled with hospitals for patient and his Accompanying.
 Ensure that transportation arranged for the patient to transport him to and from hospital.
 Arrange the expected treatment plan and estimated cost.
 Ensure that patient received the treatment service and transported safely form the hospital.

• Ensures that raw materials are supplied according to specified quality requirements
• Set new criteria for supplier auditing.
• Modify all raw material supplier specification to meet company requirements and avoid production of low quality.
• Initiate and implement criteria to accept and reject the materials according to each supplier specifications.
• Initiate, Implement, communicate and sign technical contract with local and international suppliers.
• Handling Nation and international suppliers Audits (Feldspar Supplier in Turkey) as per audit requirements.
• Appraise Raw Material suppliers and assign required action to improve their performance.
• Monitor & manage in process and final product quality to ensure compliance according to the defined quality plan - Techniques used: X-Ray Florescence, UV-VIS spectrometry and other techniques.
• Defining and following realizations of yearly Budget
• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedure
• Improving working procedures, instructions, standards, systems and system procedures in strict contact with Global Quality Group and under the rules, quality principles and policies of the company
• Handling and follow-up customer complains
• Determining training needs of team, planning and giving quality & system trainings to Lab & raw material team.
• Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
• Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries where the solution is not immediately apparent. Most complex problem solving may require developing solutions for complex and diverse issues that may be interrelated, requiring significant interpretation and the use of strong analytical skills.
• Ensure that effective permanent corrective actions are taken in a timely manner for internal and external rejections.
• Analyze quality performance data and develop actions to be taken to improve performance.
• Participate in the continuous improvement activities.
• Analysis and follow-up batch samples to monitor conformity to critical batch parameters.
• Implement & perform 6S (Work place organization and Safety) & SMAT (Safety Management) audits and report the findings and the good practice to the management.
• Supervise & follow up implementation of safety regulations.
• Participate as a project manager & pillar owner in the WCM (World-class manufacturing) Program.
• Can select and compare between devices to get the required device as per our need within budget ( XRF, polarizing Microscope, Stereomicroscope …)
• Create the entire required PR (purchase requests) on SAP regarding the tools, equipment, chemicals & the supplies of the chemical lab and follow up orders until receiving in good conditions
• Performing, review and validate supplier audit visits on the supplier premises (Quarries) and report the situation and the agreed corrective and preventive action required in quarries to be fit with company requirements.
• Supervise all quality control activities
• Ensure the effective implementation for the corrective action taken against the upraised quality defect of the final product.
• Supervise and implement the Integrated Management System internal audit plan
• Follow-up actions upraised from the Audits till close it.
• Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the audit plan and action plans.
• Generate, maintain and improve documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 14001:2004 and applying all the registered forms, SOPS & procedures on the Entropy software.
• Controlling document, Follow-up internal and external equipment calibration plan and follow-up internal audits
• Conduct process audits & Internal auditor (ISO 9001 - ISO 18001 -ISO 14001 - Company internal procedure)
• Using statistics methodologies in work to define, measure, assess, follow-up, monitor, control, analyze, reporting & appraise.

 Assure that laboratory, warehouse, production area, packaging area and water station are cleaned & match with GMP.
 Sampling, testing, qualification release & issue of certificates for water station, boiler, compressed air & any other utilities.
 Preparing the chemicals needed for water station, boiler & laboratory reagents.
 Calculate quantity of raw materials for dispensing in low compensation for sensitive content and/ or potency.
 Sampling & carry out chemical analysis.
 Caring out instrumental analysis for raw materials.
 Counter- sign for weight of each material/ production order, just after weighing.
 Quality Assurance in production area.
 Research and developments.
