•Training and supervising the staff technically and share the products and services knowledge.
•Apprising and evaluating the supervisors.
•Recruiting /interviewing.
•Monitoring work schedules for all staff.
•Coordinating promotional activities.
•Recordkeeping, conducting promotional campaigns, controlling maintaining stock inventories.
•Following up and measuring customer satisfaction and suggest solution to improve our services.
•Making sure that the doctors and specialists schedules are organized in the most efficient way.
•Handling products and machines suppliers.
•Coordinating training programs for doctors & nurses to keep them up to date.
•Handling decoration, renovation, maintenance and IT subcontractors.
