Monitoring & controlling the expenses on a monthly basis as well as the administration a activities, resources, consumptions, vehicle flow, attendance, administrative operations & functions.
Implementation of company's policies & procedures in accordance with UAE.
Preparations of dashboard cost related to camp / telecom and office maintenance for group.
Timely submission of reports to reporting authority.
Responsible for collecting all reports for the cost related to office management of existing in assigned area. Reports related to office management means:
1- Housekeeping
2- Office equipment maintenance (photo copier, fax machine, time attendance, telecom etc)
Generate timely MIS / reports related to all assigned offices.
