• Responsibilities:
‐ Conducting interviews with stakeholders
‐ Conducting learning and transfer sessions with product team

stakeholders
‐ Create and prioritize a product backlog
‐ Leading sessions to correct backlog
‐ Planning iterations and sprints with the product team, developing a
product
roadmap and keeping its progress on time
‐ Making decisions for the product team in relations to the product vision
and
its direction
‐ Timely production of high - quality products in accordance with the
product
team
‐ Collaboration with appropriate teams to prepare the product for market
launch
and coordinate its launch
‐ Maintaining the high quality of the product and improving its quality
during use
‐ Analyzing product data in terms of improving the product
‐ Managing stakeholder’s expectations and developing solutions that will
effectively meet the business needs
‐ Conducting presentations to stakeholders and the team
‐ Handle additional tasks and special projects as assigned
• Responsibilities:
‐ Researching, gathering, and analyzing information required to have a
precise
understanding of the product, regularly conducting interviews with
stakeholders;
‐ Identifying business and technical requirements in collaboration with
Product
Director and stakeholders;
‐ Creating documentation of business and technical requirements for
business
information transfer and for software development, writing requirements,
user
stories, and cases;
‐ Creating Models corresponding to business and technical
requirements;
‐ Wiorking with the product Team in order to provide a solution to solve
identified business needs.
• Responsibilities:
‐ providing consulting services to review customer processes and make
recommendations for process changes,
‐ analyzing customer systems and service requirements,
‐ identifying specific actions necessary to integrate client's
products/services,
‐ establishing and managing the product/solution integration schedule,
‐ writing functional specifications that reflect customer requirements,
‐ making sure that customized products/solutions meet specified
requirements,
‐ performing necessary tests on the customized solutions and delivering
customer training,
‐ providing functional support and problem resolution to sales and/or
customer
functional staff,
‐ maintaining a documentation reflecting all functionalities delivered
throughout
bespoke solutions in order to facilitate the reusability,
‐ preparing presentation and documentation concerning product/solution
integration
‐ actively participating in Agile transformation of a team
‐ Scrum Master for Scrum Team
Responsibilities:
- monitoring and analysing EK fares positioning within the market on a
daily
basis to include the following markets : the net/net consolidator markets
-
Ethnic, SME’s, Leisure; the High Street retail markets; GDS; Competitor
Airline
online fares / Travel portals;Business House fares; Ad Hoc Group and opportunity IT fares; MICE, Competitor fares,
- checking EK fares positioning against other available market
intelligence:
MIDT, competitors frequency/capacity changes, new routes, farebase.
- monitoring the agents in implementing price changes and analysing
agency
ADM’s,
- assisting the Manager in maintaining optimum tariffs in Poland market
to
enable the sales force to achieve their respective given revenue targets
in
accordance with the company’s commercial objectives,
- processing the application of pricing/tariff approval as directed,
- providing accurate monthly data on EK share per route per class per
Agent.
