Plant configuration
Plant Consists of 10 power generating Blocks Generate Approximately 3600 MW, Each Block: 4*GT. (GE - 7EA) X 4*HRSG (NEM)- double pressure X1*STG (GE) X 1* ACC, Air Cooled Condenser - (supplied by Research-Cottrell Dry Cooling- RCDC).
Scope & Responsibilities
-Pre commissioning and Commissioning of HRSG including
Feed water system, Soot blower, Blow down system, Chemical Cleaning / Steam Below activities.
-Pre commissioning and Commissioning of STG
including
Oil system (lube, hydraulic and lifting oil), Vacuum system (hogging/holding ejectors), Condensate system /Low Pressure Re circulation, ACC (Air Cooled
Condenser), Vent and drain system (low /high energy), Oil filtration system.
-Testing and commissioning for BOP system including
Closed cooling system (flushing /startup), Water
treatment plant (First Pass RO, Second Pass RO, and
Cooling Tower), and Air system (instrument/service), Firefighting system.

-Pre commissioning and Commissioning of HRSG including:
Feed water system (HP/IP) BFPs, Sump pumps, Chemical Cleaning / Steam Blow activities
-STG including:
Lube oil system - hydraulic oil system - jacking oil system - hydrogen filling system for cooling generator - vacuum system -condenser -seal oil system, Condensate system, condensate preheat system, Closed cooling system and Auxiliary cooling water system including method statement for flushing.
-B.O .P:
Intake Area equipment (CWP, trash rack, traveling screen, Drum screen wash water pumps, sea water transfer pumps to hypo plant, Desalination water pumps to MSF plant), Hypo chlorination plant, MSF-Multi Stage Flash desalination plant, GAS system(Air, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen), Potable/Service water system.

Lubrication & lifting oil system and Hydraulic oil system, Hydraulic clearance optimization system (HCO), Start system architecture (SFC), Purging water system, Compressor cleaning system, Air intake &GT damper system, Fuel gas final filtration system, Closed cooling system, Vibration monitoring system, Firefighting system, HVAC system.

-Commissioning, Start up and operation of gas turbine Mitsubishi (2x250 MW) (M701F) and its Related auxiliaries such as;
Lube oil unit - hydraulic oil unit - purge air compressor - GT by pass damper - fuel gas compressor - vibration monitoring system -turbine cooling air cooler (TCA) - hydrogen filling system for cooling generator -hydrogen releasing system by using air after using CO2 - CO2 firefighting system
-FOR NEM HRSG boilers including:
Perform the chemical cleaning according to procedures for condensate system & feed water system.
Perform the steam blow-out activities for HP steam, HRH &CRH steam, and LP steam lines.
-Commissioning, Start up and operation of Steam turbine ANSALDO (250 MW) and its related auxiliaries such as;
Lube oil system - hydraulic oil system - jacking oil system - hydrogen filling system for cooling generator - vacuum system - STF condenser -seal oil system.
Also - Commissioning and testing for the following systems:
Condensate system & condensate pumps, Feed water system (LP, HP/IP) FWP’s, Circulating water system & CW pumps, Closed cooling system.
-Also working as owner operation engineer responsible for:
conducting all preparation steps of units in field to realize permissive for start up from control room such as (filling line of water free of bubbles, all safety valves ready, coolers in service, all skids of hydraulic and pneumatic ready, fire fighting ready, all electrical power source ready position of motorized valves in auto mode and ready to work locally, all manuals valves before and after control and motorized valves shall be open, etc.
