PI to help company stuff attains increased performance by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of key business processes and to make study and analysis on: Risk Management, Business (processes mapping), IT strategy & vendor selection, Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business strategy and implementation, & Performance measurement. And there are other advisory services like: organizational & HR service.
