MAJOR PROJECTS FULL CONSULTANCY SERVICES
AL UDEID AIR BASE ACCOMMODATION & SUPPORTING FACILITIES
As a Head of Architectural Department, I managed the design process from concept to construction drawings for multiple facilities, such as 14 billets, 2 dining halls, key buildings, and a 201-unit villa compound with various amenities. I ensured successful outcomes for the project, including overseeing the development of construction drawings and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
MANAGED AND COORDINATED DESIGN FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS, including:
The Design development of an Ammunition Stores & Workshop for the Naval Forces, and a VIP Palace Doha, Qatar.
DOHA AIR BASE PROJECT
As a Project Coordinator, I oversaw the entire design process of a complex project that included hangars, workshops, technical support offices, accommodations, recreational facilities, and infrastructure. From Master Planning to Detail Design, I ensured successful outcomes by effectively coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT FACILITIES FOR DOHA GOLF CLUB
As Design Lead, I developed the master plan and oversaw the concept design for essential facilities, including an Accommodation Building, Support Service Building, Fertilizer and Chemical Storage Facilities, Guard House, and utilities facilities. I ensured high standards of safety and functionality, resulting in a successful outcome for the project team and stakeholders.
AL UDEID AIR BASE FOR THE QATAR ARMED FORCES
As a Project Coordinator, I provided full consultancy services and project management for the design and construction of high-standard strategic military facilities worth QAR 2.25 billion, this included overseeing the development of over 200, 000m2 of facilities and aeronautical pavements.
HUAWEI QATAR OFFICE, DOHA PETROL STATION & PRIVATE PALACE IN DOHA QATAR (Supervision & Project Management)
As a Project Manager, oversaw construction project from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within budget, and quality completion. Communicated with stakeholders to keep them informed and address concerns. Managed contractor and subcontractor selection, coordinated project team, and ensured compliance with codes and regulations. Reviewed plans and specifications, conducted site inspections, and managed project risks. Oversaw project closeout and provided regular status reports. Maintained and archived project documentation.
AOR FOR VARIOUS FIT-OUT COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS including:
luxurious brand stores at Vendome Mall, BCG Office, Google Cloud Qatar Office, Nissan & Infiniti Car Showroom, HIA Extension New Hotel & Lounges, Al Khor Kindergarten, CBQ Bank Office, AECOM Office, CQUR Bank Office, TOTAL Office, Turner & Townsend Office, and Schlumberger Office in Qatar. Responsibilities included site supervision, building permit/completion certificate issuance, and coordination with clients and contractors.

As a Hayya Card volunteer during FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, I assisted fans in obtaining and using their Fan Cards. My role involved providing customer service and support, assisting with the digital Hayya Card on the App, ensuring timely delivery of last-minute requests, and assisting with pre-tournament activities. I promoted sustainability and took initiative to ensure a friendly and efficient fan experience as a proud representative of the Hayya Service Centre team.

As a Project Architect, reviewed and analysed the projects’ architectural drawings and specifications, identified, and resolved technical issues with the consultant, instructed the preparation of shop drawings while coordinating with the civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. I also reviewed subcontractors' technical submittals, proposals, and specifications to ensure compliance with the contract drawings.
MAJOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AS PROJECT ARCHITECT FOR TECHINCAL OFFICE TEAM
EDUCATION CITY - SIDRA MEDICAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE
As a Project Architect and member of the Technical Office team responsible for the design and construction of the US$ 2.4 billion SIDRA Medical and Research Centre, I led the detail Architectural engineering, and construction coordination activities. This included overseeing the construction of a hospital, out-patient clinic, central services building, multi-storey car park, underground car park, water tank, and external works.
EDUCATION CITY - SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK
A US$500 million project for the construction of 200, 000 gross sqm Information and Technology Transfer buildings and Incubator Centre.
EDUCATION CITY - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Education City - Housing Development Project: A US$100 million project for the construction of a modern housing compound, which included 96 buildings, with all infrastructure and all landscaping details.

I volunteered for the Coptic Orthodox Church in Doha, Qatar, reviewing and modifying design plans for a construction project that included a church, service building, and parking lot. Working with the design and construction team, I ensured the plans met local regulations while optimizing space and functionality. It was a fulfilling experience to contribute to the creation of a community space.

As a Project Estimator, based in Main Office, Cairo, Egypt, worked on 20 projects and Task Orders in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Egypt under the authority of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. State Department.
As a Site Architect & Architectural Coordinator, worked in 2 major projects:
MAIN OPERATING BASE UPGRADE, PEACE VECTOR VI - Fayed air base.
A US$128 million project of the modern air base, which included over 80 structures; new utilities network; aircraft maintenance hangers and other facilities.
MAIN OPERATING BASE UPGRADE, PEACE VECTOR V - Cairo. Egypt.
Logistics DEPOT, 16 Stock Controls. Administration Facility.

As Architectural Designer, worked on multiple projects including a National Private Bank, a Private School, Five Private Villas, Daoud's Factory, new gate and extension buildings for the Saint Marina monastery, and an Extension Building of Saint Mary Church in Nasr City. My responsibilities included representing clients during various phases of design and construction, creating all architectural drawings, and listing material specifications.

Designed and supervised a family condominium at sixth October City, Giza - Egypt. Area of land was 300 square meters consisting of ground and two floors.

As a freelance oil painter, I painted the altars wall at the Maronite Church in Al Daher, Cairo. Working independently and managing my own schedule, I was able to focus on the creative aspects of the project and work at my own pace. This experience allowed me to grow as an artist, develop my skills in oil painting and religious imagery, and contribute to the churchs interior design in a fulfilling and enjoyable way.
