MAJOR PROJECTS FULL CONSULTANCY SERVICES
AL UDEID AIR BASE ACCOMMODATION & SUPPORTING FACILITIES
As a Head of Architectural Department, I managed the design process from concept to construction drawings for multiple facilities, such as 14 billets, 2 dining halls, key buildings, and a 201-unit villa compound with various amenities. I ensured successful outcomes for the project, including overseeing the development of construction drawings and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
MANAGED AND COORDINATED DESIGN FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS, including:
The Design development of an Ammunition Stores & Workshop for the Naval Forces, and a VIP Palace Doha, Qatar.
DOHA AIR BASE PROJECT
As a Project Coordinator, I oversaw the entire design process of a complex project that included hangars, workshops, technical support offices, accommodations, recreational facilities, and infrastructure. From Master Planning to Detail Design, I ensured successful outcomes by effectively coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the project.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION AND SUPPORT FACILITIES FOR DOHA GOLF CLUB
As Design Lead, I developed the master plan and oversaw the concept design for essential facilities, including an Accommodation Building, Support Service Building, Fertilizer and Chemical Storage Facilities, Guard House, and utilities facilities. I ensured high standards of safety and functionality, resulting in a successful outcome for the project team and stakeholders.
AL UDEID AIR BASE FOR THE QATAR ARMED FORCES
As a Project Coordinator, I provided full consultancy services and project management for the design and construction of high-standard strategic military facilities worth QAR 2.25 billion, this included overseeing the development of over 200, 000m2 of facilities and aeronautical pavements.
HUAWEI QATAR OFFICE, DOHA PETROL STATION & PRIVATE PALACE IN DOHA QATAR (Supervision & Project Management)
As a Project Manager, oversaw construction project from inception to completion, ensuring timely, within budget, and quality completion. Communicated with stakeholders to keep them informed and address concerns. Managed contractor and subcontractor selection, coordinated project team, and ensured compliance with codes and regulations. Reviewed plans and specifications, conducted site inspections, and managed project risks. Oversaw project closeout and provided regular status reports. Maintained and archived project documentation.

HC HAYYA VOLUNTEER at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

EDUCATION CITY - SIDRA MEDICAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE
As a Project Architect and member of the Technical Office team responsible for the design and construction of the US$ 2.4 billion SIDRA Medical and Research Centre, I led the detail Architectural engineering, and construction coordination activities. This included overseeing the construction of a hospital, out-patient clinic, central services building, multi-storey car park, underground car park, water tank, and external works.
EDUCATION CITY - SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PARK
A US$500 million project for the construction of 200, 000 gross sqm Information and Technology Transfer buildings and Incubator Centre.
EDUCATION CITY - HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Education City - Housing Development Project: A US$100 million project for the construction of a modern housing compound, which included 96 buildings, with all infrastructure and all landscaping details.

VOLUNTEERING DESIGN ASSISTANT at VOLUNTEERING

I volunteered for the Coptic Orthodox Church in Doha, Qatar, reviewing and modifying design plans for a construction project that included a church, service building, and parking lot.
