• Run a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item Performance.
• Develop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.
• manage inventory management system.
• Handling branches requests accordingly to companies’ policy and procedures.
• Responsible to manage inventory control programs.
• Ensure safety in storage of inventories.
• keep record of each and every inventory inflow and outflow.
• Monitor and review branches stock reports and insurance limits
• Monitor branches stock to manage items movement stability within whole Supply Chain
• Arrange timing of dispatching the import shipments to branches
• Perform in a manner consistent with companies Vision, Mission Statement and Operating Principles.
• Ensure that complete record of inventories is maintained.
• Submit all needed reports to direct manager (business analysis - stock analysis - seals analysis - forecast - KPIs report and other reports)
• Manage and maintain the companies’ material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations.
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks.
• Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / damage items to maximize availability of goods.
• Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business.
• Ensure that incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure.
• Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
• To train the new employees regarding inventory procedures.
• Performs other duties related to business management whenever required.
• create all of a new Codes on oracle system.
• Able to understand logistics operations.

• Utilization for all group warehouses contain from 13 external branches and head office warehouses to get best storage's and space management based on inventory management.
• Implementation KPIS in inventory to get best healthy inventory.
• Certified international trade, shipping & logistics professional (CITLP)
• Rescuing goods from expired and get solutions to end it.
• Create fleet management systems
