Commitment to update the investigation Minutes and any appended documents and featuring it in serial numbers by date, and affirming its classified abstracts, and documenting the file by registering the case number, year, serial, and the statement of the charge, the names of the accused, witnesses and victims in the Civilian prosecution, Moreover, the dates of the arrest of the accused, and registering the data of remand, days set for the renovate, dates, guarantees, release dates, the number of paid vouchers, number of seizures warehouse, or depositing in the courts stores, and the date of the hearings and all concerning the implementation of its decisions.
receiving minutes and exhibits from the police department to be presented to the accused after unseal, then resealing it and being delivered.
Notifying the opponents of the interrogation limited day and place and likewise notifying the witnesses .
Monitoring the implementation of the prosecution decisions after the interrogation, and disposition of the amounts and delivere it to the court treasury and the seizures to the prosecution store or the police Bureau
Registration and up-dating in the various prosecution books and tables (exhibits, red handed, state security, public funds,  incomings and outgoings) and type it on Computer

Prepares daily and monthly reports for E-Government and Manual transactions to close with accountant and reconsolidate if any.
Coordinate for staff tickets, accommodation (material, maintenance, problems, …..)
Handle police stations issues.
Follow up with suppliers for group staff accommodation.

Conduct investigations of employee complaints, disciplinary actions and grievances and recommend corrective actions or responses.

status changes and discipline, updates organizational chart as needed.
