•Spearheading the upgrade of Savoy’s F&B operations and introducing fine dining concepts.

•Embedding robust policies and procedures and ensuring that front and back of house staff are fully trained accordingly.
• Playing a key role in the successful opening of this luxury resort selling high quality services at rates far in excess of the destination's trend
• Recruiting, training and developing a high performing team of sales professionals and motivating them towards the delivery of world class service to an international client base
• Leading successful negotiations with exclusive European tour operators and incentive houses resulting in the attraction of new up-scale business to the traditionally charter destination
•Based in Jeddah and directing the sales and marketing of both Al Hada and Medina Sheraton Hotels in Saudi Arabia.
•In addition, directing Cairo’s El Gezirah Sheraton sales office promoting the hotel in GCC market.
• Establishing and managing one of Miami’s leading clubs with a daily turn-over of 1500 - 2000 clients that yield $20, 000+ daily revenue.
• Project managing the complete renovation of the hotel's 300 rooms and all public areas, introducing new service levels such as fine dining, enabling the repositioning of the hotel in the market place
• Coordinating the successful opening of new profit centres including the river dock with its yacht club
• Establishing the tower floor comprising 50 luxury rooms and suites, the Tower Lounge, upgraded amenities and personalised services
