 Managing and Leading the Sales Operations division for EME the Sales Department, and ensuring the required compliance with the sales policies, processes, and procedures.
 Reviewing the current sales policies, processes and procedures, and update or design new processes and procedures when required to mitigate any possible risk, and achieve an accurate audit report.
 Managing, maintaining and updating the Master Database for all Projects.
 Acting as the checkpoint for the availability of a unit before a sale is made by the Sales Executive
 Managing the sales documents, contract printing, and contract execution until the contract is handed over to the customer and archived by the Document Control Department.
 Compare and ensure that unit pricing and description matches in the master database, contracts, and Oracle
 Ensure proper documentation before approving or updating any transaction in Oracle System.
 Verification of Sales / Post Sales reports by extracting the daily transactions for all the Projects through the discoverer and/or Oracle database extracted to excel and segregate each transaction into New Sale, Primary Property Transfer, Secondary Transfer, Cancellations, Upgrades, Downgrades, etc.
 Responsible for maintaining the list of all project completion dates and payment terms keeping (matrix) up to date.
 Responsible for blocking all units that have been canceled and returned to the inventory after the coordination with the Business development team.
 The contact point, in regards to unit status, with Customer Care and Post Sales.
 Assist with Sales Centre’s Roaster.
 Processing sales staff, and management commission as per the approved sales commission policy.  Monitor Sales Performance through the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Reports
 Maintaining and updating MCI reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

 Handling local and international agents’ registration.
 Providing the required documents for local and international agents.
 Monitor the validity of the submitted documents, as well as the progress of sales made by the agents.
 Create the database of all registered local and international agents.
 Registering all introductions (CIL) through local and International agents.
 Processing sales agent’s commission claims upon meeting the required commission disbursement criteria and guarantee strict adherence to the set policies and procedures.
 Maintaining and updating agent’s commission file.
 Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the agents based on the number of provided leads, number of concluded deals including their compliance with all policies and procedures
