1. Citizen Affairs Division Building; design management of 25, 000 m² key government building (2B+G+3) and construction management of the enabling works with budget $3m
2. VIP Lounge - YAS Arena; management of the design-build project of a 2, 500m² luxurious lounge including high-end fit-out works and two lift shafts with a total budget of $9.26m
3. Executive Committee Conference Room; design & construction management of the high end fit-out works with a budget of $4m
4. CPC Landscaping (Phases 1&2); construction management of comprehensive landscape works over 2 phases with an overall budget of $13m

3. Al Bustan Mixed Use Complex (Abu Dhabi, UAE); construction management of the fit-out works for the 5, 000m² Retail package (G+Mz) with a budget of $2.7m
4. Corniche Mixed-Use Tower (Abu Dhabi, UAE); feasibility study, liaison with local authorities and design of 52, 000m² tower (3B+4P+G+M+25) with estimate of $49m
5. W Hotel Opera Extension (Paris, France); feasibility study, procurement of PMC services and design of existing hotel refurbishment (hard & soft) with $40m estimate
6. Private Villa (Abu Dhabi, UAE); design management of a 3, 000m² high-end private villa, with an estimate of $7.9m
7. Fit-out works for a Private Villa (Marrakech, Morocco); design & construction management of 3, 000m² fit-outs with a budget of $2.6m
8. Private Palace Complex (Beirut, Lebanon); construction management of external works with a budget of $2.4m
