• Managed consequences, refunds, and dunning processes.

• Led the dispute resolution migration project from the global service center to the local business unit, which has reduced the resolution timelines by 95% with less resources and higher resolution quality.
• Led several improvements projects focused on sales in Sales Force.
• Provided regular weekly insights and analysis to the management on the sales performance including opportunities and gaps with a strategic focus on the reefer business.
• Owned the sales activities for the SME customers starting with lead generation until quotation and loading.
