•Engage with cross-functional management teams, to include Project Managers, Department Directors, Project Directors, and General Manager, to formulate sound decisions on all contractual and commercial aspects of projects

•Train, coach, and mentor the team to increase their commercial and contractual awareness, while driving own development through active participation in site meetings and visits, conferences, and pursuing ongoing education

•Successfully established the company’s Contracts, Claims, and Insurance Department in less than four months
•Secured the best terms, conditions, and price rates on all insurance policies, while effectively settling 20+ insurance claims compensations, resulting in total savings of circa 12Mill. (40%)
•Won the company’s global competition award ‘How to Achieve the Unimaginable for ASGC’
• Managed a team of five Engineers in charge of project development, substantiations and settlement of claims, delay analysis, costs monitoring, and resolution of claims and all commercial issues
• Maintained regular communication with the Executive Leadership team across client companies to offer consultation, monitoring, and resolution of all contractual and commercial issues
• Administered bespoke/FIDIC suite of construction contracts for all clients, with a total contract amount in excess of AED 1.5B spanning 20 projects across 10+ locations
• Drafted a range of commercial documents to include contracts, subcontracts, addenda, amicable settlements, memorandum of understandings (MOUs), request for proposals (RFPs), request for quotations (RFQs), letter of intent (LOI), and letter of acceptance (LOA)
• Formulated, implemented, and continuously enhanced policies related to claims operations
• Proposed, negotiated, and secured the awards of lump-sum price construction contracts to all clients

• Provided subject matter expertise on conflict and alternate dispute resolution, leading to lower litigation expenses and mitigation/minimisation of arbitration proceedings
