A-Financial controller: -
•As a member of the top management team, contribute towards the formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable the achievement of overall financial and Strategies plans.
•Participate in the decision-making for all companies’ activities.
•Lead and control the staff of the Finance and Information Systems Department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
•Provide information and advice on financial management, financial control and procedures, and information systems, to the Board, directors, and staff to ensure that the company’s mission and financial and IS objectives are met.
•Act as the main point of contact with external auditors and provide them with all the required information.
•Carry out any necessary internal audit reviews and monitor the financial effectiveness of systems and controls.
•Oversee the preparation of the company’s financial accounts to ensure that these are presented accurately and on time.
•Negotiate and control all financial and IS contracts to ensure that services provide optimum value to the company.
•Review all company pricing and cost methods and assure that the BU finance team adhering for it.
•Cooperate with the BU finance team in dealing with the financial institution to maintain the required financial and banks facilities.
•Keep running the Dupont analysis to assure the group is achieving the target ROE and its component of leverage, efficiency & profitability.
B-Budgets & short-term plan (operational plan): -
C-Financial Analysis & Reporting: -
•Develop & Create reporting modules for Finance including the (budget, monthly financial report, weekly sales performance & high interesting point analysis, Ext.)
•Produce accurate and timely financial information reports about the company’s financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken relating to the company’s financial strength and security.
•Continuance analysis of the main KPI through develop a live Interaction dashboard using advanced excel features and Power BI to monitor the main KPI.
•Raise flags if there big positive or negative deviation from the plan and investigate the reasons behind it BU management then provides the management with a recommendation to take quick corrective or improvement & development actions.
D- Feasibility Studies: -
E- Develop & assist in developing group policies & procedures.
** Main Achievements:
•Manage the strategic planning team & set the 5 years strategic plan of the group.
•Set and implement a full budget process for group and subsidiaries company in a different industry (Holding company, manufacturing and industrial, contracting - steel structure, entertainment, agriculture, real estate, trading).
•Implement ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) for group level and subsidiaries in a different industry (Holding company, manufacturing and industrial, contracting - steel structure, entertainment, agriculture, real estate, trading), manage the full project from choosing the system and choose the partner, hire indoor team and manage the full implementation with the partner (External consultant) for one company and with the internal team for other 22 company in Three years.
•Develop new modules (Other than standard AX modules in AX with the indoor ERP team to cover the urgent need for the group).
•Develop business intelligence reports, which is live data and reflect very important information (KPI) for the executive and top management, using my skills in finance (change the way of the finance team working, ERP (extract the live data and smart implementation), Excel (Power queries, power pivot DAX), Power BI (interaction dashboard).
•Prepare and make full feasibility studies for the School complex project (Three school), administration, and commercial complex in Egypt & resort in Egypt.

•Responsible for the financial health of the company.
•As a member of the Area management team, contributes towards the formulation and implementation of operational plans that enable achievement of overall financial plans and Strategies.
•Coordinating & lead the annual budgeting process.
•Responsible for ensuring that company financial and managerial transactions are carried out and reported in accordance with the set policies and procedures and as per applicable legislation in the respective locations within the Area.
•Present the monthly financial result with financial Analysis including a.) comparison of actual to budgeted results and the communication of variances to management along with recommendations for improvement, b.) continuing review of revenue and expense trends and the communication of trend results to management along with recommendations for improvement, c.) periodic compilation of business cycle forecasting statistics and the communication of this information to management, along with predictions related to the impact on NCF operations.
•Establish and maintain a control system for checking, reconcile & control the direct sales process.
•Participate in the SAP implementation improving project & participate in a handheld implementation project.
•Produce the full feasibility study for new factories and new production lines, starting from collecting data, investigate it, calculate the main ration to determine the feasibility of the project, get BOD approval, finalize the financial of the project, and monitor and control the procurement and execution.
•Assure that’s all financial transactions are recording on the time and accurate as per the group financial standard.
•Prepare all external auditor requirements with cooperation and coordination with the central finance department.

** Main Achievements:
•There was a challenge of financial control of the cash van fleet (Direct sales vehicles) so I set a procedure and solve this issue with full financial control and implement it on SAP and share for all group companies.
•I made the full feasibility study of new lines of bottled water with different scenarios.
•Participate in the SAP implementation improving project.
•Participate in the handheld implementation project & integration with SAP.
•Create a first Dashboard in the group to monitor the main KPI and link it directly with the SAP DB.
•Participate in the project to upgrade the HR module in SAP for the group.
•Develop several reports from SAP like production cost variance report & CASH van cycle monitor report.
•Reduce the deadline for issuing the monthly financial report package from 7 days to 1 day from the next month.
