1- Submit shop drawings to the consultant and owner. 2- E1 and E2 log. 3- Structural check on design. 4- Clint invoices and sub-contractor invoices. 5- Coordination between different engineering disciplines to make R.F.I.’s and R.F.P.’s. 6- Data for cost control department, to compare between actual payment and forecast with the project manager. 7- Data of variation orders and item breakdown. 8- Shop drawing details for site engineers. 9- Review all contracts disciplines (owner + subcontractors). 10- Build and review project time plan with planning department. 11- Innovate new ideas which could reduce cost and time. 12- Follow up and checking of the cost analysis report from the tendering department (Profit and loss) and the changes that follows. 13- Making monthly reports to compare shop drawings status and material submittals with site progress. 14- Making evaluation for all sub-contractors according to technical work (design and shop drawings)
