Job responsibility:
•Handling disbursal process for corporate and individual deviation with ability to
handle Islamic and non-Islamic products.
• Handling Documentations part in Islamic deviation.
••Summary :
Product types: personal loan, Auto loan, credit cards, National loans, Ijara. Services types: mortgage registration, DDA registration, loan services.
••Processes summary:
•Verify approvals are in accordance to Credit Policy’s and Approving Authority Limits
•Evaluate finance applications for offered product according to Sharia'a Compliance and credit policy
guidelines
•Prepare facility set of Documents (Lease, Forward Lease and Murabaha) as per credit Approval and
Sharia'a Compliance
•Checks the validity and completeness of all documents obtained from customer.
•Identify fraudulent / forged documents or incorrect information and reports to all concerned parties
for further investigation
•Ensures security documentation for newly approved facilities and renewal of existing ones is
complete, and in compliance with company policies, and is per the terms and conditions of the
approving authorities to guarantee companies’ risk exposure is adequately covered at all times.
•Ensure verification of all transactions and completeness of source documents and related supporting
documents
•Prepare disbursement memo and obtain necessary approval authority as per credit approval and
share with operation department for further booking in banking system.
•Create new customer limits and facilities, monitor exposures against limit on the banking system
(T24).
•Updating and maintaining various MIS reports, trackers and other systems
•Handling customers enquiries and all post disbursal services such as partial payment/ settlement,
issuing liability letter, clearance letter and release of mortgage
•Generates and escalates periodic and requested reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
