- Master item data creation owner on SAP, BOM items data reviewing, Planning & MRP modules key user.
Responsible for all production and material planning activities for Al Watania Slaughterhouse (FPP & SPP) plants. Also, responsible sharing with Continuous Improvement Dept (CI) regarding lines capacities, productivity, process maps per SKU. Communicating with MRP dept regarding the availability of packing material related to production process. Communicating with purchasing dept regarding suppling of ingredients and roe material related to production process depending on Quarterly PR based on Sales budgeted per company strategy.

Full responsibility about managing & follow up daily operation processes (Jam, Juice & Tomato Paste) including production, RD, quality, purchasing, WH & logistics, in order to fulfill on time all export orders.
Set and maintain new managerial strategy in operation in order to synchronize the workflow between operation departments.

Analysis of production processes downtimes, through calculating stopping times for each stage of production and the reason to stop in order to identify the shortcomings in the production process and help resolve it and prevent recurrence.
