Performing all Technical Services and Supports required by the client such as: -
- Design review for the projects all Electrical & ELV systems, and making sure that all the client & operator design requirements are achieved, codes and standards are met.
- Preparing Request For Proposals (RFP) for Consultants as “Design” and for Contractors as “Design/Built”.
- Performing some design tasks requested by the client, such as: - Power redistribution, Lighting distribution and calculations.
- Attending the meetings on behalf of the client.
- Replying RFIs after coordination with the consultants and site team.
- Technical supports for site supervision team, performing site visits, and solving site problems.
- Performing all site activities such as: - Reviewing Shop drawings, Material Submittals, O&M Manuals, Witness the T&C tests, Training & Handing Over for all Electrical and ELV systems...etc.
- Follow-up with the Authorities to speed-up the approvals process.
