Managing Etisalat Misr account in term of projects delivery, role is expanding right now to cover company projects in KSA
Managing project stakeholders expectations mainly in customer side as the main SPOC for Asset
Working hand in hand with sales team to identify new opportunities or expand current ones by offering new ideas and solution expansion.
Working internally hand in hand with QC team to make sure from deliverables quality which should exceed customer expectations.
Manage Development team around (16 Developers with different levels) in term of project development, in the same time taking care from resources development, evaluation, even hiring new resources if required.

In addition to above role, I have been selected to restructure pre-sales team in Asset, and I have managed for 3 months during this stage ( delivered 11 proposals and cover 9 tenders in Egypt, KSA and UAE)
Channel Manager : Identifying, hiring and Manage independent third party (ITP), and Value Added reseller (VAR)
Bid Manager : Manage complex Bids (+100 M$) since receiving RFP until proposal submission, by managing different stakeholders include Technical Engineers, Commercial Managers, hiring & Manager Suppliers and working close with regional sales team.
Grid Automation Commercial Manager : Handle POs, Proposal creations … etc.
