With my current employer I work as a technical support professional with one of the largest stmart phones companies.

My role over the phone is to support customers with technical issues with their smartphone, and provide the relevant and effecient troubleshooting for softwares and Apps or direct to service centers to get hardware support.

My job is demanding high technical skills together with soft skills, in the mani time provide the support in a professional and effecient way maintaing the high quality standards that the company image requires.

My main role as a tour guide was to escort English speaking tourist groups and individuals through the historical and cultural sightseeing in Egypt, educating them about the history and the culture of the country they are visiting, also taking care of any issues they might have at hotels and restaurants in addition to all places visited and help finding the best solution the same applies on sickness and lost items, during and at the end of the tour I also need to provide a full report about the tour.

My role was very demanding as it requires high lingual and communication skills to deliver the information provided in a convenient way that matches the tourist culture and purpose of visit, this all has to be delivered in a highly professional, friendly, and efficient way otherwise visitors would get bored or uninterested in the amount of information provided especially in a deeply historical country like Egypt. My guiding role doesn't end at only the information provided as also the tour atmosphere requires fun activities and entertainment, so to be a successful tour guide I had to find creative ideas to keep the tour atmosphere more enjoyable.
