Key achievements:
In Concern Worldwide I identified the issues related to MIS (Management Information System) and took initiative in up gradation of the system to improve data consistency and record keeping
Within two months of my joining I assigned to report to the USAID/OFDA regarding statistical figures and facts
I took initiative in standardizing the formats and reports of the partners for the quality of reports
Ensuring that the project implementation complies with donor agreements on objectives, on plans of action and the budget.
Mobilizing communities to ensure their participation and support on the project implementation process.
Preparation and taking part in programs and project evaluations.
Managing the project finances on daily and monthly basis in compliance with SEHER agreements.
Holding and leading project management meetings.
