•Responsibilities (HSE):
• Lead Safety department of site especially Power plant (4 MW) and process areas.
• Training employees on Fire Safety and fire extinguishers
• Safety Equipment Audit, Inspection, costing and training to operation, maintenance department.
• Participation as HSE resource in PHA, PSSR, Incident Investigations, JSA.
• HSE statistics reporting (TRIR, Injuries, fires, manhours, environmental complaints, hygiene issues etc.)
• Conducting evacuation drills for Operational and Commercial Areas
• HSE audits of Operational and Commercial area
• Coordination and Development of risk register
• Environmental Reporting based on GRI guidelines
• Road Map Assessment of Operational and Commercial sites
• Ensuring the Process safety of plant so that no major fires or leaks occur at site.
• Monitor the progress of Process safety program at site based on OSHA USA, Process safety model.
• Monitor and report on behavioral safety of site.
• Ensure the Environment compliance as per legislation and best practices.
• Ensuring the health of workers by monitoring, stewarding and intervening the Industrial hygiene program of site based on DuPont OHIH model.
• Measure, evaluate and control of the physical, chemical, biological and Ergonomics stressors at site.
• Development & updation of procedures related to work permit system, auditing matrix, heat stress, noise & lux survey, ergonomics, process safety.
• Monthly Leading Indicators & Lagging Indicators issuance.
• Conduct different audits like PTW, Housekeeping, PSRM, PSM (BSS) along with report issuance.
• Conduct Trainings on OSHA based training modules on scaffolding, rigging, electrical safety, PTW, confined spaces etc.
• Capital and Operating Budgeting
• Development and monitoring of Expense / fixed cost budgeting
• Preparing of outlook and variance sheet for fixed cost budget
• Development of Capital Expenditure plan based of regulatory requirement / Payback / NPV analysis
Responsibilities (Project):
• Manage and make planning to erect and commissioned Utilities plant that includes a Power House of 04 MW(Steam Turbine), Solid fuel(Husk) Boiler(65bar/30 TPH), RO Plant 15 m3/hr, Induced draft cooling tower, Compressed/Instrument air system, Diesel Generators(02 Nos./1250KVA), Effluent Treatment Plant(ETP), Husk Yard management.
• Designed processing and prepared, preliminary engineering and detailed engineering
• Prepare flow chart, layout, production time schedule, technical description, function description, cost estimation.
• Managing of newly commissioned Steam Turbine, Mixed Bed Polisher & Cooling Towers.
• Project Management with vendors, providing technical data/ Process calculations.
• Fixed Cost Budget preparation of entire plant for the year including new IP (Investment Plan) projects for the coming year in the budget.
• Preparation of SOPs for new systems i.e. Steam Turbine, Cooling Towers, Mixed Bed Polisher & revision of SOPs for the rest of the plant.
• Preparation of PSM/PSRM (Level-3/4) documents in aligns with DuPont Safety Standards.
• Initiated & Managed Cost Saving projects & its overall impact evaluation on Products; Steam, Power Tariff, Per Ton of Process Food.
• Performed Shutdown Engineering Planning. i.e. Job listings, Packing Lists, Gantt Charts Preparation, Pareeto Analysis, Critical Mean Path Calculation & it’s interpretation.
