Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary objective is to plan and promote full use of resources to assist employees through training and education. The focus is to provide educational opportunities that maximize workforce performance, career development and self-enrichment, based upon the Authority interest.
To create and maintain a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and confidence to CDA employees by providing quality training and development opportunities for professionals.

Successfully completed 12 professional training courses, which include (Report Writing Skills, Underground and Surface Water Management, Stress Management, Conflict in Contract Management, Global Warming and Environmental Hazard, Presentation Skills, Team Management Skills, Chain Management and Office Procedure and Capacity Building).

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide full admin support to the team and department
Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents
Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department
Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services.
Create and maintain useful databases for the department
Perform some research duties as and when required by the team
Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Department
Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the department.
1. To correctly transcribe voice dictations into word processing format at his/her best.
2. To follow the correct grammar of English language as much as possible.
3. To follow the punctuation as much as possible.
4. To transcribe the exact medical terminologies, drug names, and the thesaurus as same as physicians dictate. Follow the dictionaries and other helping material in this regard.
5. To maintain the proper format of templates provided by the physicians to MT department.
6. To complete the job well within prescribed time.
