As a project & Talent Acquisition Specialists I’m responsible about managing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes along with supporting business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Also, I’m responsible about Managing the recruitment and selection process along with reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
As HR Assistant, I’m responsible about a variety of personnel related administrative such as providing information and clerical support to employees and managers regarding human resources activities, policies, processes and procedures; along with assisting with day to day operations of the following HR functions and duties: Recruitment & Selection Employee Induction Performance Management Training & Development Leave & Attendance Employee Relations Staff Handbook & Labor Law In addition to the above responsibilities, I compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies); process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities; deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
