❖ Tasks & Responsibilities;
•Follow up on all the company's projects and ensure the efficiency of the work team for each project.
•Securing the materials and supplies required to complete the work required for each project.
•Reducing risks and expenses for each project.
•Submitting weekly reports showing the status of each project.
•Follow-up with the responsible engineers at the site and the relevant consultants in obtaining and processing receipts and notes, if any.
•Follow-up maintenance work for the company's cars and the company's headquarters.
•Periodic visits to all the company's project sites.
this period is the supply of the medical stores needs and arrangement of the main hospital warehouse according to the regulations required by Saudi Food and Drug Authorities.
❖ Tasks & Responsibilities:
•Managing & Supervision all the logistics businesses.
•Follow up & reviewing the daily purchases, orders, plans and supply operations in periodically.
•Preparing of the daily reports, monthly and yearly and analysis based on the expectations either sale reports, stock reports and any other reports related to the supply chain management.
•Control of the regulations affairs that are related to the establishment, products, warehouses licenses.
•Work as ISO 9001 auditee and follow up the corrective actions.
hardware (SACO), main task is to supervise the store sales, businesses and supplies movement.
