• Provided expertise and support for various HR divisions and sections (Recruitment, Administration, development, Compensation, Business development, etc) to ensure smooth operation of department activities.
• Participate in manpower resources effectively to support companies objectives by placing the right person in the right job at the right cost & time through promotions, transfer, replacement planning.
• Prepare and assist in the analysis of the manpower statistics report related to demography and attrition.
• Assist in manpower functions e.g. promotions, transfers, re-designations, casual hire, contractors, definite contract extension requests and extension for employees reaching retirement age.
• Perform specialized clerical & administrative duties and tasks, dealing with complex & non-standard issues related to Manpower Planning Section. Prepare emails, memos, letters correspondences to internal and external departments.
• Prepare routine & non-routine reports, statistics and presentations.
• Maintains manpower database for internal search, redeployment, medical cases, promotions, transfers, re-designations, etc. Ensure timely and accurate input of data in the SAP system by creating, deleting, updating temporary positions, and transferring employees.
• Verified departments request to re-designate/transfer employees (JMM and employee’s English level) and performed the action of SAP
