Since I has the passion for E-commerce and Marketing I joined Imtiaz Al Arabia to be the Marketing Manager of the E-Commerce website Fashion.sa.
I’m responsible for building the structure for the
marketing department, hire, train and improve the quality of work to achieve the company's goals and take
Fashion.sa to a different level.
My main tasks:
• Creating the Marketing strategy
• Creating the annual plan divided into 90 days and working on implementing it.
• Building the Digital, Social media, creative, and CRM departments
• Leading the team to achieve the target of each month.
• Explore new tools, channels, and solutions to improve the quality of the results.
• Determine the monthly budget and divide it into marketing channels in proportion to achieve the
campaign goals.
• Analyze the data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Improve the UX/UI on the website and Application.
I have the honor to say that I'm the first employee has been joined to MarketeersHub, and has a big role in establishing the company. I'm working in different departments and several tasks as follow:
• Set the work processes.
• Building and training the influencers and Affiliate team
• Close the deals with the merchants and manage the relationship between the company and the merchants.
• Study the clients and focus on strengths and weaknesses in their platforms to determine the best way to bring sales.
• Analyze the data on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Works on develop a system to track the sales between the influencers/affiliates and the clients.
At last 3 years I worked at Marketing department, Specifically in Social media, but I was passionate to learn more about different areas in the Marketing, so after a lot of learning and work I became in this position: Campaign Marketing Manager.
Now I'm working to support the marketing director in carrying out various strategies and tasks that helps the company to achieve its monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Oversees the marketing channels and analyze products and categories that the company is receiving in a monthly basis.
I am responsible for building the monthly " marketing & advertising plan" from "inception to execution, " based on the information received from the buying and sourcing team and delivered our approved plans to all responsible parties including creative, social media, digital marketing, and CRM teams.
From my previous experience in marketing, I was able to make the monthly plan for digital ADS including Ideas and influencers and content and I know how I choose the right influencer and the right time for the advertisement. I was able to fully understand people's reactions to different offerings due to what I learned from the social media managing, Also now I'm leader on a small team for social media accounts, we work together to create a creative ideas for content to be a trendy and useful accounts.
From my previous experience as a customer service representative, I was able to know what makes people act the way they act, and I was able what makes people make their purchases. As a result, I was moved to the marketing department, and with time I was fully responsible for all social media accounts including Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat and Facebook. I work in mentoring and creating all the content including pictures, video, engagement, and different ideas, when I start working on Instagram the Followers was 96K now we have 519K, otherwise Snapchat I built it from 0 to 25K now, and that's make me feel proud :).
