* Budgeting and analyzing all costs related to projected/undergoing activities.
* Following up financial issues related to: budgets, expenses, contracts signed with contractors, defining and anticipating financial risks.
* Preparing, on weekly basis, the Finance Reporting Note covering all updates and main financial issues to be presented to the regional Director during the Coordination Weekly Meetings.
* Drafting interim & final financial reports in respect with deadlines & regulations previously agreed upon with donors for close follow-up.
* Developing relevant management, coordination, & follow-up procedures with the final goal of improving the circulation of information within & providing support to the Finance team and other departments.
* Managing the presentaion, circulation, filing and archiving of accounting & financial documents in addition to overseeing and following up bank accounts & transfers.

* Reviewing proposals prepared for commercial & corporate clients requesting facilities above US$ 75 000 and providing recommendation & risk assessment in light of their financial & market position, business activities, in addition to provided guarantees & securities.
* Proposing credit rating for corporate clients with facilities exceeding US$ 75 000, based on security & financial analysis.
* Controlling authorized and un-authorized excesses in facilities and reporting them to the General Manager on weekly basis.
* Operational Risk: member of the 'Operational Risk Committee' working on implementing Operational Risk at SGBJ in compliance with Basel II.

* Translating articles, official letters, reports and other documents.
* Performing administrative work.
