• Managed contracts lifecycle, overseeing development and administration of contract documents from tender stage, including tender/contract formation, prequalification, tendering, award, administration, and variations/issue resolution, for design, construction, and other project-related contracts.
• Oversaw all contracts-related works for the assigned Site, reporting directly to Hill's Contracts Director due to the absence of a Site Contracts Manager.
• Established the pre-qualification and approval of tenderers, identifying financially and technically sound companies acceptable to the Client.
• Contract administration including schedule administration, variation/change administration, and risk management.
• Evaluated potential risks to the client and to the project, proposing measures to mitigate and reduce risks to acceptable levels.
• Managed Owner approval process.
• Monitored contracts correspondences, addressing issues promptly and facilitating communication.
• Implemented and managed claims avoidance activities.
• Processed contractors' documents, ensuring compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
