• Liaising with programming and OAP departments to make sure all materials are ready for TX
• Following up on materials to be sent to and from subtitling and dubbing companies.
• Following up with distributors and studios for delivery
• Following up with broker for the process of materials clearance (Materials in customs)
• Following up with courier companies for delivery
• Following up with operations executives for materials received and sent to subtitling and dubbing companies.
• Giving operations executives a work plan and instructions
• Following up with the censorship department for movies and series to be reviewed
• Following up with editors to make sure they apply the appropriate censorship procedure
• Following up with operations and presentations teams for segments and data entry
• Handling subtitling and Dubbing invoices
• Handling shipment accounts for courier companies
• Checking subtitles and dubbing regularly to make sure of accurate translation
