• Recruit and hire Resident Advisors (RAs) every semester.
• Supervise and train (RAs) and resident trainees through day-to-day activities and by-semesters workshops.

• Manage residents’ affairs at the AUC dorms including students’ well-being, Activities organization, complaints, psychological problems, and other related cases.
