Joined as the sole HR employee of the company with a target to add another employee in the future under my supervision. I participated in development tasks including creating job description and initiating a grading system. I'm also currently working with the management to develop the HR policy. I also have a brief experience in developing an employee assessment procedure which is currently on hold until the company grows to a larger headcount. The daily tasks I'm also covering are:
- Payroll tasks.
- Recruitment (shortlisting, interview, assessment, offers and onboarding).
- End of service procedure.
- Attendance monitoring, reporting and related actions.
- Medical insurance issue, claims, and policy renewal negotiation.
- Employee services (letters, certificates, airplane tickets and other requests or benefits).
- Managed government platforms (Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, MoL / MHRD, HRDF, etc).
- Supported in organizational development.

I started as an admin assistant. My manager was happy with my performance and dedication and promoted me to HR Officer in 2016. I earned another promotion in 2018 and became the HR Supervisor of the department leading the team tasked with HR operations and reporting to the Director of HR Department alongside my other colleagues (government, employee accommodation and training supervisors). The tasks handled by my team were the following:
- Payroll tasks (Monthly closing, expense claims, deductions, etc).
- End of service procedure.
- Attendance monitoring, reporting and related actions.
- Medical insurance tasks.
- Personnel operation.
- Investigation & disciplinary actions.
- Tickets for foreign workers.
- Employee activities.
- Document management and filing.

I wasn't only supervising I was also supporting the team with their tasks whenever needed as well as for the other three teams. I had to leave the job due to relocation from Riyadh to Dammam in 2019.
