the University Goals and Objectives

Support AGU to increase its fund and create external source to generate money by Revenue Foster economic development opportunities and development activities:

➢ Increase the university’s academic and operational efficiency by strategically reducing costs to deliver various programs and services. Identifying reorganizing opportunities and reducing spending money in several administrative units. Assist and support the University ‘s College/Department cost centers to achieve cost containment and explore and develop new revenue sources wherever appropriate.
•Obtain the maximum value for each dirham of expenditure. Effective, efficient, and supportive administration operational efficiencies to secure quality and value for money.

2- Negotiated and Implemented cost reduction savings, cost avoidance in AGU

▪ One of the very important points to achieve Administrative Efficiencies is Cost Reductions and Operational Improvements via cost-effective ways to help the University in achieving a genuinely balanced budget plus the special skills for the negotiation operation itself (That I claim I really own it.

▪ Increasing the university’s operational efficiency by strategically reducing the cost to deliver various services and the payment terms. I suggest the cost reduction will be identified via a deeper analysis of all university operations. This process, which will include input from university stakeholders, will help identify where operational efficiencies, enhanced for all departments and colleges”.
