Managing a team of engineers to perform the following,
1. Receiving and monitoring all purchase requests from all projects.
2. Distributing requests among different purchasing entities until reaching an agreement with the chosen supplier according to delivery time, quality of item and suitable price.
3. Issuing purchase orders after negotiations for the best bidder.
4. Issuing Contracts for long-term supplication with vendors to maintain price fixation against currency fluctuation.
5. Monitoring delivery and logistics to different sites from either Air and Seaports or various local vendors
Prepared several technical, financial proposals for several consulting firms in Egypt.
Prepared and revised infrastructure projects contracts.
Issued the master plan and detailed reports for projects at certain regions in KSA concerning infrastructure works.
1. Coordinating and choosing teams working on different projects.
2. Coordination and follow up of the Phase 1 supervision and revision services for the design of the Spanish offices Aqualia and Aqualia International concerning the first PPP project in Egypt, New Cairo Wastewater Treatment Plant with a total capacity of 250, 000 m³/day (Cairo - Ain El Sokhna Road).
1. Preparing and revising engineering contracts in case being the winning bidder.
2. General and detailed preparation of Phase 2 works concerning the structural and architectural design of the New Cairo Wastewater Treatment Plant.
3. Preparation of Public Hearing Meetings for New Cairo Wastewater Treatment Plant.
4. Supervised a number of engineers and draftsmen.
- Evaluating engineering feasibility studies.
- Preparing technical and financial proposals for design, supervision on construction and operation and maintenance for water and sewage networks, water and sewage treatment plants, bridges, infrastructure design and supervision in Egypt and abroad.
Designing sewage networks, force main lines, master plans for several projects.
