SBU: Metal Can Manufacturing factory CMC (Tin Plate Cans), Riyadh, Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia SAP S4 HANA Production Planning and Quality Module Expert. (BOM, Routing, WC, PV, VC, QMS) Plan and prepare production schedule for manufacturing of products with coordination with sales department to achieve optimum efficiency. Responsible to make a strong plan for the production processes of containers manufacturing. Responsible to make preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) based on sales requirements and as per quality Standard in SAP S4 HANA Inter-action with material department for the fluency of manufacturing processes of containers. Preparing Annual Production Report and helps in preparing annual Material Budget based on Yearly Consumption and Yearly Requirements. Make a plan to track material shortage if occurred how to overcome this problem. Analyze production specifications, plant capacity data and machines perform to determine the requirement of manufacturing processes. Perform and manages complex and sensitive professional planning projects, research and analysis related to Production processes, outbound and finish good stores and delivery. Make a strong plan to manage raw materials availability and scrap management. Evaluate the machinery condition and production ratio with planned production. Check the variance. Prepare reports on operations and activities, recommending improvement and modifications. Responsible to create a strong plan for receiving the finished goods from production department and issuing the finished goods as per company system and sales requirement. Manage manufacturing objectives, including: Overall Equipment Effectiveness OEE, Fixed cost management, ensure maximum profitability, reduce operating costs and all aspects of plant production, including headcount. Manage Manufacturing Business Process and WIP Inventory Control. Monitoring production output, machine condition and production per hour. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations. Prepare the inventory control plan to avoid the shortage of material. Professional Experience
