Key Responsibilities:
To supervise a team of operatives which includes Facility Executives, Security Team, Housekeeping Coordinator, Maintenance Team, Cafeteria Supervisor, Helpdesk Executives, Mailroom Executives and Front Desk Executives.
Preparing staff training plan, conduct training and prepared policies and procedures for Soft services and Hard services.
Lead, motivate and develop the soft services team to ensure high-performance delivery.
To prepare PPM Schedules of MEP and ensure that it is carried out for all AC’s, Electrical and Plumbing.
To Coordinate for Project works at the Office.
To ensure that all the Life Safety equipments are in good condition and maintained.
To assign duties and manage team of Housekeeping, Maintenance.
To coordinate and ensure that the Pest Control Services are executed as per the PPM schedules.
Space management - To initiate movement of employees, desktops, printers across the floors and maintaining the Space Management sheet.
Event Management : To support for arranging inernal evens and external events of the company.
Transporation Managemnt : To arrange vip guest trasnporation arrangmetns.
