Roles & Responsibilities
➢ To control and coordinate all phases of drilling operations (like drilling, work over, completion, testing & stimulation) at the drilling rig location.
➢ To direct and plan the work in coordination with drilling contractor & service contractor
➢ Focus on improving the operational performance of the rig to achieve targets and objectives.
➢ To implement applicable KOC HSEMS Procedure
➢ To communicate the HSE policy & strategy in the rig and visibly demonstrate commitment to HSE
➢ Ensure the rig contractor adheres to the terms and condition as well as technical requirement as established in the contract document
➢ Monitor the down hole condition & parameter
➢ Involve in operational decision by diagnosing the problem
➢ Prepare daily reports and upload the same through open well program.
➢ Attend rig site weekly safety meeting conducted by the contractor to verify the quality and content of safety meeting and to discuss HSE alerts/topics
➢ Drilling and work over cost control.
➢ Ensure all drilling equipment, tools materials and supplies are order for work in accordance with company requirement
➢ Maintain an accurate inventory of key materials

Field duty and worked as Tool Pusher at E-760 onshore rig and drilled Horizontal wells/Drain hole in Balol and Lanwa field of Mehsana Asset. Worked as company man in Quipo Rig for drilling Coal Bed Methane wells
