o Revisited organization Insurance claim policy and made amendments to streamline claim process, follow-up and status updates. After setting up the process, successfully claimed Insurance for a total of USD 56 Million in 2015

Maintenance Planning
o Work closely with Maintenance team to prepare, develop, prioritize, and schedule work orders to fit time frames required by facility management. Conduct work order Risk Assessments and manage maintenance work order backlog
o Assist in development of maintenance budgets and cost control, help set and monitor Maintenance KPIs, timely initiation of MOCs as per company policy
o Initiate purchase requests to meet work plan requirements (equipment/tool rental, spare parts, external services, and more)
o Interface with other Maintenance disciplines, Operations, Engineering, SHE, and Contractors to ensure safe, reliable, and cost effective operation
o Identify areas of cost optimization for management review
o Review spare parts requirements, amendment proposals, maintenance budget planning and control
o Review of Equipment maintenance history and closeout reports of all completed work and implementation of amendments as required
o Overhauling of rotating equipment - schedule preparation
o Liaise with OEMs and vendors for problem solving and equipment up-gradation
Shutdown Planning
o Shutdown Management gated approval for Operations Management approval

o Develop Corporate Vision and Strategic Objectives for five years after discussions with Leadership team. Prepare Annual Asset Level Business Plan to align with Corporate Vision and Strategic Objectives. Set up quarterly review with management to track the progress
o Validate key assumptions and factors to be used for business plans
o Develop the Department / Functional strategies and plans in line with the business needs and overall organizational strategy and objectives
o Work Planning and Budgeting (OPEX, Projects, Volumes, Manpower, Chemicals, catalysts and consumables) planning
