Work with AHCEC clients to understand their business activities, workflows, and needs.

Lead and support the preparation of high-quality technical/project proposals including solution overview, scope of work, schedule, and cost estimating.
Develop and manage project work plans including tasks, resources, schedule, and budget.
Monitor and manage project performance including deliverables, milestones, and expenditures.
Manage customer relationships.
Prepare and present high-quality technical presentations and demonstrations when needed.
Following projects from its inception till final sign off, ensuring that all requirements met according to set priorities while meeting deadlines.
Gather client requirements, analyze and design system architecture, devising development technologies to be used and ensuring that development is done accordingly.
Usage of UML(ESRI CASE Tools) or XML (ArcGIS Diagrammer) to develop Geodatabase Design and then creating Physical Database Model using VISIO (Geodatbase Diagrammer)
Create web services for complex GIS functions such as exporting maps, performing cluster analysis using ArcObjects
Develop integration between Facilities Management and GIS using MVC architecture
Create commands to perform SQL Server and ArcSDE administration tasks
Develop deployment procedures and documentation that will help in deploying applications on servers
Developing ArcGIS Server Silverlight application to supoport Dengue Fever Efforts
Developing ArcGIS Engine Application that integrate with RFID technology
