GSM CORE NETWORK PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
•Complete responsibility of project execution starting from providing project data to the vendor till the successful commissioning and commercial launch.
•Calculation of risk, identification of critical paths and project dependencies.
•Finalization of Project Implementation Plan inline with the planning targets.
•Coordination with regional NSS (Core Network) teams for routine and project specific activities in the regions.
•Forecasting the future requirements by identifying current bottlenecks in the network and by analyzing the current traffic pattern
Four year degree program in computer systems engineering, combining both software and hardware programming modules. The degree project was centered around cell planning and optimization of GSM network. Additionally, participated and hosted the All Pakistan software exhibition, organized by the Bahrian Association of Computer & Software Professionals (BACSAP).Organized and Anchored annual events during the course of my undergraduate degree at Bahria University. Participated (part-time) in the Young Enterprise program conducted by British Council, Pakistan.
