• Lead quality technician’s team.
• Follow up lab analysis for FG and RM
• Perform internal Calibration to Lab devices and update calibration plan (if needed)
• Receiving Customer Complaints and make full analysis for them then find root cause.
• Issue NCR & propose CAPA in case of deviation.
• Conduct internal training to lab technicians.
• Manage Quality Circles and brain storming meeting to quality members
• Follow up production lines and Process control parameters.
• Participate in Local Supplier Audit
• Monitoring some of machine parameter which affect product quality
• Follow up 5S in the lab (specially) and in the factory (in general)
• Participate in updating QMS ISO 9001:2015
• Participate in Evaluation our Distributor through making planned visits to their sites
• Editing quality procedures, processes and internal test methods (ITM) through QDMS system.
• Reviewing product Formula Cards and ensure implementation of new modifications.
• Evaluate quality technician’s team and investigate KPIs
• Participate in KAIZEN projects such as:
-New production lines installation
-New RM trials
-Perform new modification to the product
-Analyzing competitors’ products once every quarter
-Developing plans for cost reduction
Responsibilities:
1) Prepare test solutions, compounds, and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.
2) Analyze organic and inorganic compounds to determine chemical and physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, and reactions, utilizing chromatography, spectroscopy, and spectrophotometry techniques.
3) Develop, improve, and customize products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
4) Compile and analyze test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency and to diagnose malfunctions
5) Confer with scientists and engineers to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.
6) Direct, coordinate, and advise personnel in test procedures for analyzing components and physical properties of materials.
7) Induce changes in composition of substances by introducing heat, light and chemical catalysts for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
