Conducting comprehensive review of Statements of Work (SOW) and developing
tender proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project
specifications.
Analyzing tender documents, creating detailed drawings and schedules, and
designing tailored electrical systems to meet project needs.
Issuing Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients for additional data required to
support effective project planning and execution.
Participating in pre-construction meetings and preparing material submittals,
drawings, method statements, QC plans, and project schedules for client review
and approval.
Leading the planning, coordination, and management of all phases of electrical
engineering projects, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Developing and maintaining a look-ahead schedule to monitor project progress,
making adjustments as needed to ensure on-time completion.
Conducting detailed site inspections and quality control checks, ensuring
compliance with standards and specifications, and addressing any deviations
promptly.
Compiling detailed progress reports and delivering regular project updates to
clients and senior management, fostering transparent communication and
informed decision-making.
Handling preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical assets within the
facility, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.

Coordinating with tenant managers to obtain necessary approvals.
Installing current transformers (CTs) as per project requirements.
Submitting daily site reports, inspection requests, and all applicable documentation
on a regular basis or as required.

Understanding and carrying out all tasks given by the Senior Engineer.
Conducting performance checks of all electrical fittings in the place of work and
confirming safety
Supervising electricians while installation
Reporting to electrical engineer if discrepancies in safety measures or
installation procedures are found and take steps to solve the problem
Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more
materials.
