1. 132kV GIS Bay extension for DRPC(STATCOM)400/132kV Al Bahya Grid Station and
related substation works. (BHYG).
2. 132kV DRPC(STATCOM) in 400/132kV 400/132kV Beach Grid Station and related
substation works. (BECH)

• Preparation of earthing system design calculations, layout & detailed drawings.
• Preparation of lighting system design calculations using DIA LUX & lighting
layout.
• Preparation of cable sizing & selection calculations, cable schedule and cable tray
routing layouts.
• Preparation of BOQ for all LT /HT cables, cable tray materials including erection
consumables.
• Preparation of Key Single Line diagram.
• Preparation of UPS system, Battery / Battery charger sizing calculations.
• Preparation of Transformer sizing/ transformer fault current, LT/HT MCC panel
sizing calculations.
• Preparation of short circuit calculations for Motors.
• Diesel generator sizing calculations.
• Review/approval of vendor drawings for transformers, Bus ducts, LT switchgears
and schematics.

• Maintenance and checking Off-line and ON- line performance of LV and HV
Transformers, Motors, Generators, Cables Measuring and Protection equipments
etc., by using standard analysis and testing methodologies and generating report.
• Successfully completed testing and analysis in more than 100+ Power stations,
Industries, Substations.
• Experience in conducting tests like ELCID, Tan Delta/capacitance test, Wedge
deflection test, Bump test, DC High voltage test, winding resistance test, Online
& Offline Digital RSO test, SFRA test, Leakage current monitoring, polarity test,
and Infrared thermography. Etc. as per standards.
• Identified various faults and recommended true nature of repair that was proved
successful. Successfully tested Turbo and Hydro generators from 5MW to 1000
MW in India.
