• Developed Class B & Class C surfaces for front and rear bumpers from OEM Class A surface data, ensuring OEM compliance and manufacturability.
• Designed bumper features including grooves, flanges, snap-fits, hooks, and grille interfaces, meeting strength, fitment, and tooling requirements.
• Performed draft analysis and pre-design checks to validate surface quality, tooling feasibility, and production readiness for interior and exterior trims.
• Performed slider and lifter feasibility analysis to resolve complex undercuts, ensuring optimal mold functionality, manufacturability, and tool life.
• Collaborated with cross functional teams to validate mounting strategy, energy absorption zones, pedestrian safety requirements, and styling feasibility per Subaru guidelines.

2. Client: PEEC Mobility (EV Division)

• Designed and optimized EV battery pack enclosures, including cooling channel concepts, considering thermal and structural performance.
• Executed battery pack component packaging with focus on EMI/EMC considerations, ensuring serviceability and functional layout.
• Allocated vehicle packaging volumes and designed brackets and mounting strategies, collaborating closely with harness, routing, and CFD teams.

3. Client: Alstom Transport India Ltd

• Designed Full Train Driving Simulator (FTDS), Driver Desk Simulator (DDS), and Instructor Workstation (IWS).
• Created sheet metal, structural weldments, FRP models, and manufacturing drawings using CATIA V5.
• Coordinated with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Worked on battery locomotive and cooling systems for Wabtec Rail.
• Applied DFM, DFA, and Welding principles in complex assemblies.
• Executed Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in Teamcenter environment.
